Raj is Sport and Exercise Medicine Specialist Registrar working for University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.  He has received a Bronze award for his work on driving down the diagnostic delay through promotion of the NASS symptom checker and education around axial SpA.

• He was involved with the setting up of the NASS Peer to Peer network, establishing and contributing to a network of healthcare professionals working in Axial SpA to reduce the delay to diagnosis
• He has delivered education sessions and presented at conferences at national level, raising awareness of axial SpA.
• He regularly utilises NASS materials, promoting the symptom checker in clinics and on social media while also signposting people to NASS while waiting for a diagnosis.
