How does it work?

• This is a survey which is completed by patients to help understand their journey to diagnosis. It covers all four nations.
• This complements the National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit (NEIAA) and is not a replacement. Sign up to NEIAA here.
• The NASS survey is simply completed by patients at the time of diagnosis, by scanning a QR code from a patient leaflet in the rheumatology department which NASS can provide.
